NO SERVICE?

Check the following:

Make sure all equipment is plugged into power outlet that is working;

Make sure devices have wifi set to ON;

Make sure TV or any other device is connected to correct network;

Make sure indicating light on router is on if not on power cycle router;

Look at all power cords or outdoor cat6 wiring and make sure they have not been chewed by pet or other animals;

If these things don’t work, call and schedule a service call.
